ESG Management School' career planning and placement centre within the Alumni association publishes an annual report on the placement of ESG Management School' 2010 Alumni
This evaluation, carried out in the first trimester of 2011, confirms the last year's tendencies with an employment percentage of ESG Management School graduates of over 85% 6 months after their graduation.
Another 4.5% of our 2010 graduates are pursuing their studies, within the MBA level as well as abroad.
9% of our graduates are actively searching for a job.
The average salary of an ESG Management School graduate is 34950 € per year, depending on the location (salaries being generally higher abroad) as well as the chosen specialization (students having chosen audit or financial management have a 10% higher salary then the marketing and advertisement graduates). The more work experience the student has, the higher the entry salary will be. In total, ESG Management School students can do 15 months of internship during their education.
A success reflected also in the following statistics:
- 38% of our graduates have found employment with the help of the ESG Management School Network
- 88% are recruited as executive managers
- 80% have a permanent contract
- 42% are working in companies with more than 2000 employees
These encouraging figures show that ESG Management School is doing a good job placing its graduates.
During the 5 years of studies, ESG Management School students have to follow a professional integration seminar, held by recruitment professionals and lecturers. Each student has to establish an analysis of his or her competences, to ensure personal development and to make sure that the job headed for corresponds to his/her abilities. A special help is given to students who wish to create their own company and they become part or ESG Management School' entrepreneurship department. Work placements during the whole study period are in concordance with the pedagogical aim to prepare the student to the professional life. Furthermore, students can interrupt their studies between the 4th and 5th year to increase their professional experience.
At ESG Management School, companies are real partners, participating actively in the education of future managers. About 40% of our courses are taught by professionals, mostly executive managers. Many conferences and seminars help the student to get in touch with their future employers.
Last but not least, the career planning and placement centre at ESG Management School allows students and Alumni to put their CV on a special database which is consulted by head hunters and the professional partners. Thousands of job offers appear regularly on this platform which is open only to ESG Management School Alumni.
