Different profiles of teachers in ESG Management school
Permanent professors
Selected for their experience and their dedication to educate students in their field of expertise these lecturers have all have PhD or equivalent and are estimated members of the ESG Management School research department.
Other permanent lecturers have joined ESG Management School because of their expertise in one particular field. These members of faculty are in charge of the development of the pedagogy and take special care of the students' needs of new pedagogical material and case studies.
Students can meet these lecturers 3 to 5 days a week.
Associated professors
Either university lecturers or professionals, well know for their expert knowledge in a special field (finance, marketing, hrm etc), they are participating actively to the academic life of the Business School via their teaching as well as by their cooperation with the research department.
Students can meet these lecturers 1 to 2 days a week.
Part-time professors
Recognized for their high level of expertise in a very specific domain, either university teachers or professionals or consultants in well-known companies, they have many years of experience and are appointed mostly for specialized seminars and conferences.
Visiting professors and researchers from partner institutions worldwide are coming to ESG Management School for a defined period of time, from 1 week up to 1 year. They help us to internationalize the curriculum and research, bringing new ideas and new methods, benchmarking our pedagogical structure

According to its AACSB accreditation objective, ESG Management School is looking for permanent teachers who are clearly aware of AACSB accreditation procedures. In addition to the teaching, the person will be in charge of assisting the Dean through international accreditation. Various fields of teaching and research can be relevant.
